The USHUS Educational Trust (USHUS) is a Service Organization with a specific focus on spreading awareness of our rich cultural traditions and heritage. Based out of Chennai, USHUS has been in operation for a little over a year, and through its Yoga wing has been educating people on Yoga and spiritual practice.

In today’s fast-paced world, many seem to have forgotten the heritage and the traditional lifestyles that afforded us good health and enabled us connect with our ultimate purpose in life – unification with the Supreme Being. In a busy metro like Chennai teeming with software companies and young IT professionals who work odd hours and survive on junk food that doesn’t serve their healthy needs, this new-age lifestyle has been having its toll on physical and mental health of its people. USHUS is keen on re-establishing links with our past and help the people find their way back to a healthy and purposeful lifestyle through the many events and programs it conducts. We are keen on enabling people find the right work-life balance; allowing them to discover that it is possible to lead a fulfilling family life even while embarking on an inward journey of spirituality.
